This bed and breakfast will completely amaze you. I booked the same day and was lucky they were not busy mid-week, but I highly recommend you contact them with time.
The place is located outside Heber Springs on a quiet road with a dead end. If your plan is to relax this is the perfect place.
The property is well-kept, and the bedrooms are way too charming, spacious, and comfortable. If you like showers instead of soaking in the tub, make sure you let the property owners know as not all the bathrooms have a shower.
Be ready for breakfast, because it is the best you will get anywhere. Make sure you ask for an omelet, they are to die for.
I spent a couple of days there and it made it to my top list very easily.
Note, you will need a vehicle to get into town for eating or shop, or to get to the lake.
